• Directions: Apply a small (dime-sized) amount to dampened skin and gentry massage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Use daily (morning and night). If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application use. Follow with Clarifying Toner Gentle Formula (Step 2) for sensitive skin.

Apply a thin layer of the Clarifying Cleanser on wet face or body with your hands. Gently massage it in a circular motion into your skin for about one minute and thoroughly rinse with warm water. Apply Clarifying Toner and Clarifying Lotion after rinsing the Clarifying Renewing Cleanser off.

Try not to leave it on your skin for more than one minute. If start feeling slight burning or uncomfortable tightening of skin, immediately wash the Clarifying Renewing Cleanser off and apply oil-free moisturizer to calm the skin. Reduce application area and time for very sensitive skin.

Clarifying Renewing Cleanser is important part of a new three-step Proactiv Solution System, called Gentle Formula, and is recommended to be used along with Clarifying Toner and Clarifying Lotion for sensitive skin.

Avoid using the Renewing Cleanser on a sensitive area around your eyes and on your lips. Apply a good quality sunscreen (with SPF 15 or higher) on your face, neck, and other parts of your body exposed to the sun before going outside. Due to exfoliating effect, Clarifying Renewing Cleanser makes your skin more vulnerable to the damaging sun rays. Reapply sunscreen after swimming.
